Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Guangzhou Deyi Computer Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") handles information when you use SofterWords ("the App").
1. What we process
1.1 Content you enter
- Your child's nickname, age band, situation descriptions and conversation history are stored on your device.
- Before sending a question, the App attempts to mask identifying details on your device, including names, addresses, schools, phone numbers and birth dates. Detected medical details or unresolved privacy checks stop sending and require local editing. Automatic detection can miss information and does not guarantee anonymity. Review and remove identifying or unnecessary sensitive details from the exact text shown before sending; any details left in that text may reach our servers and AI provider.
- Our servers do not persist your conversation text. It is relayed to the model provider to generate a reply and then discarded. We retain only an irreversible request hash (to prevent duplicate submissions) and usage counters (timestamp, entitlement tier, result type, token counts, latency) for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
1.2 Account and subscription
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive the transaction identifier and subscription status to verify entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address or Apple ID password.
1.3 What we do not collect
No IDFA, no precise location, no contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. No third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
2. How we use it
Solely to generate parenting-communication suggestions, manage daily free quota and entitlements, measure service health and cost (aggregated token usage and latency), and respond to your requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not train models on it, and do not sell or rent it.

Tencent Cloud hosts our application server. DeepSeek processes the message you review for online guidance. Service providers may also process operational or security metadata under their own terms. Our 90-day usage policy describes records controlled by SofterWords; it is not a promise of zero retention or no training by an AI provider.
The public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. This website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or email signup form. If you email support, your email and its contents are processed by Cloudflare Email Routing and our QQ Mail inbox to respond to you.
We disclose data to third parties only as described above or when legally compelled.
4. Storage and security
Local data is protected by the iOS sandbox and is deleted when you remove the App. Server-side records live on a firewalled host; all traffic uses TLS; APIs require token authentication; sessions expire after 8 hours with CSRF protection. No transmission over the internet is absolutely secure — please avoid entering real names, addresses or ID numbers.
5. Children
The App is intended for parents and guardians, not for independent use by children. Information about a child is entered by the parent. We do not use children's information for advertising or profiling.
6. Your rights
Access and correct data in the App; delete local data by removing the App; server-side usage metadata expires within 90 days (email us for earlier deletion, handled within 30 days); withhold consent at the send preview or stop using online guidance.
7. Medical disclaimer
The App provides general parenting-communication guidance only. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or the hotlines listed in the App immediately.
8. Changes
Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

本政策说明 Guangzhou Deyi Computer Technology Co., Ltd.（以下简称“我们”）在你使用 SofterWords（以下简称“本 App”）时如何处理信息。
1. 我们处理哪些信息
1.1 你输入的内容
包括孩子昵称、年龄段、情境描述与对话记录。对此：
- 内容默认保存在你的设备本地；
- 发送问题前，App 会在设备本地尝试遮蔽姓名、住址、学校、电话和生日等信息；检测到医疗细节或隐私检查未通过时，会暂停发送并要求在本地编辑。自动识别可能遗漏，也不保证匿名。请核对预览中的实际发送文本，移除可识别信息和不必要的敏感细节；仍留在文本中的信息可能进入我们的服务器和 AI 服务商；
- 服务器不会持久保存对话原文。原文仅在生成回复时经中转交给模型服务商处理，返回后即丢弃。服务器只保留：不可逆的请求哈希（用于防止重复提交）、以及用量计数（时间、额度档位、结果类型、token 数量、响应耗时），保留期 90 天，到期自动删除。
1.2 账户与订阅信息
订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购完成。我们接收 App Store 返回的交易标识与订阅状态，用于校验会员权益。我们不接触你的支付卡号、账单地址或 Apple ID 密码，这些由 Apple 处理。
1.3 我们不收集的
我们不收集广告标识符（IDFA）、精确位置、通讯录、相册、麦克风或摄像头数据；不接入第三方广告或行为分析 SDK；不跨 App 或跨网站追踪你。
2. 我们如何使用
仅用于：生成育儿沟通建议、管理每日免费额度与会员权益、统计服务可用性与成本（聚合后的 token 用量与耗时）、响应你的问题与投诉。
不用于广告投放、不用于训练模型、不出售或出租给任何第三方。

腾讯云托管我们的应用服务器；DeepSeek 处理你核对后发送的文本以生成建议。服务商也可能根据其条款处理运维或安全元数据。90 天保留期仅指 SofterWords 控制的用量记录，不代表 AI 服务商零留存或不用于训练的承诺。
官网由 Cloudflare 托管，其为内容分发和安全目的处理 IP 地址等请求信息。本网站没有广告追踪器、分析脚本或邮件订阅表单。如你发送支持邮件，邮件地址及内容会经过 Cloudflare Email Routing 和我们的 QQ 邮箱处理，用于答复你的问题。
除上述情形与法律强制要求外，我们不会向第三方提供你的信息。
4. 存储与安全
- 设备本地数据受 iOS 沙盒与应用权限保护；卸载 App 即随之删除。
- 服务器端数据置于受防火墙限制的主机，全链路 TLS 加密，接口需令牌鉴权，会话默认 8 小时过期并带 CSRF 校验。
- 即便采取上述措施，互联网传输不存在绝对安全。请避免在描述中填写真实姓名、住址、证件号等身份信息——App 会提示并尝试遮蔽，但请以你的判断为准。
5. 儿童与未成年人
本 App 的使用者是家长或监护人，不面向儿童独立使用。涉及孩子的信息由家长主动录入。我们不会基于儿童信息进行广告投放或用户画像。
若你是未成年人，请在监护人的同意与陪同下使用。
6. 你的权利
- 访问与更正：设备内数据可直接在 App 内查看与修改。
- 删除：卸载 App 即删除本地数据；服务器用量元数据在 90 天内自动过期；如需提前删除，请发邮件至下方地址，我们将在 30 天内处理。
- 撤回同意：可以不在发送预览中同意发送，或停止使用在线生成功能。
7. 医疗免责
本 App 提供的是一般性育儿沟通参考，不构成医疗、心理或法律专业意见，也不用于诊断或治疗任何状况。遇到疑似虐待、自伤、伤人等紧急情况，请立即联系当地急救或报警，或拨打 App 内列出的求助热线。
8. 政策变更
政策发生实质变更时，我们会在 App 内或本页面提示，并更新生效日期。继续使用即视为接受更新后的政策。
