Terms of Use
These terms form an agreement between you and Guangzhou Deyi Computer Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") regarding SofterWords ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these terms.
1. The service
The App provides AI-generated parenting-communication suggestions. All output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use your own judgement.
2. Subscription and payment

3. Acceptable use
- Personal or family use only. No resale, rental, bulk proxy use or use for training competing models.
- No automated scraping, quota circumvention or attacks on the service.
- Do not enter other people's sensitive personal information or any unlawful content.
- We may limit or terminate access for violations.
4. Intellectual property
The App's interface, copy, knowledge base and code belong to us or their respective owners. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the minimal processing licence necessary to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes and termination
We may update, modify or discontinue features. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page in advance. If you disagree, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at our principal place of business.

本条款是你与 Guangzhou Deyi Computer Technology Co., Ltd.（以下简称“我们”）之间关于使用 SofterWords（以下简称“本 App”）的协议。下载或使用本 App 即表示你接受本条款；如不同意，请停止使用。
1. 服务内容
本 App 提供基于人工智能的育儿沟通建议，包括情境分析、沟通话术与应对建议。所有输出由模型自动生成，可能存在不准确或不适用于你具体家庭情况的内容，请结合自身判断使用。
2. 订阅与付费

| 自动续订 | 除非至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时取消，否则自动续订；续订扣款在周期结束前 24 小时内完成 |

| 退款 | 由 Apple 按其退款政策处理，我们无法直接退款 |
所有支付均由 Apple 处理，我们不会获取你的支付卡信息。
3. 使用规范
- 本 App 供个人或家庭内部使用，不得转售、出租、批量代调用或用于训练同类模型。
- 不得通过自动化脚本大规模抓取、绕过额度限制或攻击服务。
- 不得输入他人的敏感个人信息，或任何违法内容。
- 我们有权对违反上述规范的行为限制或终止服务。
4. 知识产权
本 App 的界面、文案、知识库与代码归我们或相应权利人所有。你输入的内容归你所有；你授予我们为提供服务所必需的、最小限度的处理许可（详见隐私政策）。
5. 免责与责任限制
本 App 按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接损失承担责任。若我们的行为被认定需承担责任，赔偿上限为你过去 12 个月实际支付的订阅费用。
6. 服务变更与终止
我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能。重大变更会提前在 App 内或本页面公告。若你不同意变更，可停止使用并取消订阅。
7. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区法律）。争议由我们主要经营地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。
