When reporting an issue

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version and a short description of what happened. Please remove children’s names, private conversations and other identifying information from any screenshots.

Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, use Apple’s refund service.

Your information

For access, correction or deletion requests, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not send passwords, payment card details or a child’s personal information. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Current availability

SofterWords is preparing for iPhone beta testing. A public download is not yet available from this website.
